1. Operator and scope
Shipitor Supply is operated by REECARD LLC, doing business as Shipitor Supply, 145 Speckled Alder, Irvine, CA 92618, United States. These terms govern the Shipitor Supply website, account portal, product sourcing, quotation preparation, and coordination of purchases and shipments from China through Hong Kong to Brazil. You must be an adult and, when acting for a business, authorized to represent it. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain protected.
2. Accounts and access
Provide accurate contact and company information, protect your password, and use only accounts you are authorized to access. Client accounts can submit sourcing requests after registration. Sourcing agent and factory accounts require Shipitor Supply review before access is enabled. Registration does not guarantee supplier selection or any commercial engagement. Notify Shipitor Supply promptly by post at the address above if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Product references and sourcing
Product links, including Amazon, Alibaba, and 1688 links, are references for sourcing. Submitting a link does not place an order with the linked website, establish an affiliation with it, or guarantee an identical product, brand, supplier, price, or availability. Provide quantities, variants, materials, packaging, branding permissions, and other essential specifications. Review any proposed alternatives and request clarification before accepting a quote. You remain responsible for having the rights to the designs and materials you provide.
4. Quotes, currencies, and confirmation
A sourcing request or draft is not an accepted order, a payment, or a transport reservation. Review the current quote, including its products, quantities, currencies, prices, and any written commercial conditions before accepting it. Changes may require a revised quote and acceptance. Display currency conversion uses published third-party rates, refreshed when available; it is not a promise of a bank or payment-provider rate. Approved quotes retain the exchange-rate snapshot used at approval. The payment currency and any payment arrangements must be agreed separately in writing. Shipitor Supply does not automatically charge a card when you send a request or accept a quote.
5. Hong Kong route and shipping
Products are sourced in China and routed through Hong Kong for consolidation before onward shipment to Brazil. The standard Hong Kong–Brazil shipping charge is USD 30 per shipment, with a maximum packed weight of 50 kg per shipment. Shipment eligibility, product restrictions, packing, and any different written conditions must be confirmed for the specific quote. Orders above the weight limit require separate shipment planning and quotes; Shipitor Supply does not automatically split them. Dates and tracking references reflect the information available and do not guarantee a delivery date or carrier acceptance. Carrier terms apply to the relevant transport.
6. Product and trade requirements
Provide accurate product descriptions, quantities, values, and shipping information. Disclose batteries and hazardous or regulated goods. Comply with applicable product, intellectual property, import, export, sanctions, licensing, and documentation requirements. Unless expressly agreed in writing, your business retains its responsibilities and authorizations as importer or exporter. Shipitor Supply may decline products or requests that cannot be handled lawfully or within the agreed service. Do not request false descriptions, invoices, or declared values.
7. Changes, cancellations, and claims
Request changes or cancellation as soon as possible through your established Shipitor Supply business contact or by post at the address above. Purchases already placed, completed services, and third-party transport commitments may not be reversible. The cancellation settlement depends on work completed, committed costs, recoverable amounts, and applicable law. Report damage, loss, or discrepancies promptly and retain product photos, packaging, and delivery records. Carrier or insurer deadlines may apply. Insurance applies only when expressly included in the agreed quote and coverage documents.
8. Acceptable use and responsibility
Do not submit unlawful or misleading material, access other customers’ records, misuse accounts, or interfere with platform security. You retain rights to your submitted materials and allow Shipitor Supply to use them only to provide and administer the requested services. Shipitor Supply may restrict access for security, unlawful activity, or material breaches, with notice where appropriate and possible. Suppliers and carriers have their own responsibilities; Shipitor Supply remains responsible for its obligations under the agreed service. These terms do not exclude liability or remedies that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
9. Privacy, concerns, and updates
The Privacy Policy describes how Shipitor Supply handles personal data. Send legal, privacy, or service concerns to REECARD LLC (Shipitor Supply) at the postal address above, identifying your account and request without including passwords. We will seek to resolve concerns without limiting available legal remedies. Updated terms will be published with a new effective date and further notice where required. Material changes do not retroactively change an accepted quote without agreement. Specific written conditions agreed with your business govern that service where they differ from these general terms.
